Get your healthy dose of Charleston’s history from the historic taverns and former speakeasies, to the rooftop pubs and breweries overlooking the magnificent harbor.

Based upon the popular pub tours in Europe, The Original Pub Tour of Charleston, was founded in 2001, making it the first European style pub tour ever to be established in the city.

We visit some of Charleston’s most fascinating pubs — the ones that most visitors would never even know about on their own! Our tours provide a very intimate atmosphere by keeping a small group size, and ensuring a personalized experience for all.

Tours last approximately 2 ½ hours long and cover between three and five historic pubs throughout the course of the tour. Appetizers are served along the way, at a couple of the pubs we visit.

Being the only Pub Tour whose owners are experienced beer brewers, Lesesne Tours accompanies our guests inside each unique pub. We sit, relax, and have a beverage with complimentary appetizers while telling fascinating stories about the city’s 300+ years of times past.

Food is included in the ticket price; however, LTC does not, by SC law, provide any alcoholic beverages for its patrons.
